We absolutely cannot recommend this service! One of the cleaners showed us pictures of other apartments, describing how disgusting they were, while the previous cleaner told us what she was going to change about ours. The actual cleaning they were supposed to do was rather inadequate. To top it all off, the last cleaner of the week came to our door (we weren't home, just one of our children) and asked for the folder. Our daughter said no one was there, so the cleaner simply walked past her into the living room and tried to find the folder herself. Completely unacceptable!

After various care services with negative experiences, we've been with HomeInstead since September. My boys have a care level and love the caregiver. She takes them for walks, plays, cleans their rooms with them, and helps me with housework. As a mom, I can then simply relax knowing the boys are in good hands and even enjoy tidying their rooms. I would recommend HomeInstead to everyone, as the placements are at least 2 hours per week, so there's no time pressure.
